Asinus was the faithful companion of Mary and Joseph on their tiring journey to the stable in Bethlehem. This exquisite donkey is made from the finest grey and cream mohair and is beautifully airbrushed. He wears a red wool felt bridle and saddle finished with golden jingle bells. He has a wispy mohair mane and tail and wool felt hooves.
He is limited to just 1,225 pieces and comes with his numbered certificate in a Steiff gift box with its original protective cardboard outer sleeve.
